Just change the language on your phone and delete the first version, after completion change back to your preferred language again.
I've tried the mod on my se g900 and it makes my phone reboot after startup.
Changing the language didn’t work for me. I had to use CapsSwitch and Swiss Manager to be able to past the file. I also couldn’t find the original wlansc.ini in C:\resource.
Putting wlan off (before it rebooted again) and deleting wlansc.ini solver the unwanted rebooting.
